Coach Baker attended Montgomery College where he was First-Team All-Region (led the team with 10 wins as a pitcher).  He received a baseball scholarship to The University of Maryland and was a First-Team All-Met College Team as a pitcher, leading the team in wins as a junior with 8, (record holder for most wins in a single season).  Pat has over twenty years of coaching high school, youth league, travel, and collegiate summer league teams, as well as extensive experience providing private and small group instruction.  Pat has helped numerous players achieve their goals of competing at both the collegiate and professional levels.  He is also the Pitching Coach at Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington, VA.

Coach Womer has an extensive baseball background.  He has six years of college baseball coaching experience, including 3 years as the Recruiting Coordinator at DeSales University.  Tyler attended Wingate University, where he played infield.  After graduating with a degree in Sports Management, he stayed on at Wingate to become an assistant, primarily working with infielders and hitters.  He was also responsible for running youth camps and high school showcase events.  He then went on to coach at DeSales and Erskine College.  He has also worked as the Director of Operations for the Mizuno Outlaws Travel Baseball Organization and the Assistant Director of Baseball at Crozier's 5-Tool Baseball Academy.  He is currently an Assistant Coach at Marymount University.    

Ryan Baker

Ryan is a college student who is studying sports management.  He has a history of playing youth baseball and continues to study and analyze the game including the strength and conditioning aspect.  Ryan also has several years of experience coaching youth travel baseball as well as leading camps.
